  1. Jun 2025 — Present

    PT Tri Cipta Integra — Software Engineer

    Jakarta, Indonesia

    Building DataKelola, an omnichannel contact center serving government and enterprise clients, plus a centralized WhatsApp platform for FIF Group.

    • DataKelola — omnichannel contact center handling voice, chat, and ticket workflows for BeaCukai, the Directorate General of AHU, and Pelni.
    • Centralized WhatsApp platform for FIF Group — one console for agents across dozens of business lines.

  2. Oct 2024 — May 2025

    LPSK — Software Engineer

    East Java, Indonesia

    Built Opera, a public opinion platform for policy consultation, and maintained the agency's internal websites.

    • Opera (Opini Penyusunan Rakyat) — collected and structured public feedback during regional policy drafting.
    • Ongoing maintenance of internal agency websites and content updates.

  3. Nov 2023 — Sep 2024

    PT Wifiku Indonesia — Software Engineer

    Bogor, Indonesia

    Built a CRM with Xendit payment integration, purchase orders, and a location-based WiFi ordering system.

    • CRM covering customer records, billing history, and Xendit payment integration.
    • Purchase order and location-based WiFi ordering system connecting resellers to the network.
